1 General Introduction and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jeetb platform ("Platform" or "we") and its users ("members" or "you"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Age Restriction

All jeetb services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21, you are strictly prohibited from opening an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game. We may request the necessary documents to verify your age at any time.

1.2 Scope of Services

jeetb is an online casino and betting platform offering slot games, live casino, cricket betting, poker, and other entertainment gaming experiences. The services available on the platform may change, and jeetb reserves the right to add new services or withdraw existing ones, subject to advance notice to members.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To create an account at jeetb, you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. Attempting to operate multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled, and withdrawal of held funds may be suspended.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• A valid national identity card or passport is required.
• An active mobile number and email address must be provided.
• All information provided must be truthful and up to date.
• The account must be created for your own use only — not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and transparency, jeetb may request identity verification documents from any member. If the required documents are not provided, or if discrepancies are found in the information, the platform reserves the right to suspend processing of withdrawal requests. All verification processes are secured through SSL encryption.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the jeetb support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

jeetb supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 10–45 minutes.
• KYC verification on the account must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.

3.2 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of chargebacks, money laundering, or any fraudulent financial activity is found, the account will be immediately suspended and jeetb reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities. Ensuring fair and transparent financial activity is one of the platform's primary commitments.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers at jeetb are subject to specific conditions. It is the member's responsibility to fully read and understand the relevant terms before accepting any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete 10 times the bonus amount in bets. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposited funds.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple members from the same household or multiple accounts from the same IP address will not be considered eligible for bonuses.
• jeetb reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.

8 Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content displayed on the jeetb platform — including logos, designs, game layouts, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of jeetb or its respective licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, scraping, or collecting data from any part of the platform through automated means is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability and Severability

jeetb is committed to providing a reliable service to the best of its ability. However, jeetb will not be directly liable for service disruptions caused by technical errors, third-party software issues, or unforeseen circumstances — rather, every effort will be made to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

9.1 Limited Liability

• Losses in games or bets due to internet connection issues.
• Problems caused by faults in the member's own device or software.
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their account credentials with others.
• Unforeseen third-party attacks or cybersecurity threats.

9.2 Service Interruption

If the platform needs to be temporarily taken offline for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen reasons, advance notice will be given where possible. Any active bets or game sessions affected during this time will be settled fairly.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

jeetb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Failure or dishonesty in age verification.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.

Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw legitimate funds will be provided before the account is closed, however funds linked to bonuses or misuse may be forfeited.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jeetb places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. Collected data is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations. Data is not sold or transferred to third parties. All information is protected by SSL encryption.

12 Changes to Terms and Effectiveness

jeetb reserves the right to change, amend, or revise these Terms at any time. Members will be notified through the platform before any important changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
